Modern office spaces are yielding to a growing trend for exposed concrete surfaces. While aesthetically pleasing, the design poses a challenge: elevated noise levels can make communication and concentration problematic, and have a potentially negative effect on employee well-being.

With this in mind, Saint-Gobain Ecophon came up with an array of acoustic, free-hanging ceiling and wall panels that tick the boxes on both form and function.

They are easily attached via discrete mountings, and can be adjusted to accommodate noise levels to achieve an optimum work environment. The company’s Solo brand offers its panels in a selection of patterns – distinct lines, rolling waves or zig-zags – allowing for some creative expression too.
